One in Four Children UK could Aged 100 Years

LONDON - More than one out of every four children who now live in England, or about 3.3 million people aged 16 years and under, has a great opportunity to celebrate milad them to 100 later, so named by the Ministry of English for Work and Pensions, Tuesday.

Overall, 11 million Britons, or one sixth of the population could be 100 years old at the time later. "These figures confirm how the life expectancy in this country are changing - millions of people will spend more than a third of his life in a nursing home," said Minister of Pensions Steve Webb said in a statement.

According to data from the United States Intelligence Agency (CIA), Britain was in a position to 28 out of 222 countries in terms of life expectancy in 2011. Life expectancy is 80.05 years in England. While the country with the highest life expectancy is Monaco, with 89.73 years.

Japan, Canada, France, Spain, Sweden, Italy, and Ireland are countries which have a top ranking in terms of life expectancy, is above the UK. United States on the other hand has only been in 50th position with 78.37-year life expectancy.
